Exchanges and Returns

We have a 14-day exchange and return policy, so you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Items with signs of use will not be accepted for return.

To start a return, you can contact us via info@evoltus.pt and/or through the online store chat.
Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we will send you all the information about the shipping method and the location to which you should send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized products (e.g., special orders or customized items) and personal care products (such as beauty products). Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

The quickest way to get the items you want is to return the item, and after the return is accepted, place a separate order for a new item.

EU 14-Day Cancellation Period

If the items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. The item must be in the condition you received it, unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, and we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
