Delivery Times
EVOLTUS offers free standard shipping within Portugal (including islands) for orders of €49 or more. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
- Portugal – 3/4 business days (CTT Standard) | €4.99€
- Portugal - 1/2 business days (CTT Express) | 7,99€
- International – 3/7 business days (CTT) | €24.99
The indicated delivery times refer to the shipment date and are counted in business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count towards delivery time).
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, extreme weather conditions), EVOLTUS is not responsible for any delivery delays.
If a product is unavailable, we will notify the customer and issue a refund for the paid amount within 15 days of becoming aware of the unavailability.
An order is considered shipped once EVOLTUS hands it over to the carrier, who assumes responsibility for delivery to the final customer under the following conditions:
- Products will be shipped and delivered by the carrier, who is responsible for any delays.
- If no one is available to receive the order, the carrier will not complete the delivery.
- In such cases, the customer will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a new delivery, and the re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
Customs and Import Fees
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
EVOLTUS has no control over these charges and cannot predict the applicable amounts. If the customer refuses to pay these fees and the order is returned, a refund will be issued excluding shipping costs and any applicable return fees.
Customer Responsibility
- Ensure that the shipping address is correct and secure: we are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- We do not issue refunds for orders lost in transit, nor do we replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
- Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses, except in cases of defective products.
- We do not offer free returns or prepaid return labels.
- Customized products cannot be returned.
- The refund will be processed after the item is received in its original condition, excluding shipping costs.
If, after inspection, it is determined that the items have been used or altered (except for trying them on), the return will not be accepted, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
EVOLTUS is not responsible for returned orders that get lost in the mail or at customs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information.
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact us before proceeding with the return.
- Ensure the item is packed in its original packaging.
- After receiving the item, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed (excluding shipping costs).
If the product is found to be defective, EVOLTUS will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of shipping a replacement item.
